Even though we live in San Diego there is quite a bit of open space around us. We found out that there is a dam with a pond behind it about a quarter of a mile from our house. We went on a little "nature walk" to find it. It was so pretty and reminded me of exploring all of the open space while growing up in AZ.

We asked Austin if he liked nature and he replied, "No, home". I think we have a future scout on our hands.
